The nice thing about living in the Hudson Valley is that there is no shortage of delicious restaurants. With Valentine's Day just around the corner, many of us will look for a place to go.

Dinner out on Valentine's Day can be a romantic dinner for two, or it could be a Galentine's celebration. You can even head out that night on what I like to call a Palentine's dinner date. That is when you call two or more friends who want to go out but don't have a Valentine's date.

If you have a group of girlfriends looking to head out for Galentine's dinner consider choosing one of the four Cosimo's locations in the Hudson Valley. My gal pals and I love Cosimo's food and cocktails all year long so it makes the perfect spot to gather on February 14th.
