It's fascinating to see just how fat my job is making me. It's also kind of a bummer. I really think work is making me big and I'm not alone. According to a new article from PR Newswire, over half of the workers in the United States blame their work for being over weight. I've got to say, I don't disagree with them.

In the work place, sugar and snacks are almost unavoidable. The free food, celebrations and eating out combined with just sitting down for long periods of time are a bad mix.

Not to mention by the time you leave work you're usually too tired to work out.
