California's Sierra Nevada issued a call to American breweries, please help the victims of the recent tragic wildfires. The Hudson Valley's Newburgh Brewing Company has answered the call by brewing a beer that will see 100% of sales going towards relief efforts.

ResilienceBoss IPA was brewed with 100% donated malt from Hudson Valley Malt and 100% of the hops were donated by the New York Hop Guild. The beer is currently being brewed and will be available in a few weeks.

The most recent wildfires have burned more than one hundred thousand acres and have killed at least 88 people. As of Monday, the number of missing persons had been reduced to 25 after sitting at more than 1,000 during the height of the tragic fires according to the BBC.

All in all, over 1,000 breweries across the country have participated in the relief efforts and Newburgh Brewing Company is honored to be among them. Both Chatham Brewing and Captain Lawrence Brewing Company are among the other local supporters of Sierra Nevada's efforts. Their specially brewed beers will be available on December 17th.
