Frank William Foster III, A Newburgh Resident, Dies at 62
Frank William Foster III, of the Town Newburgh passed away on January 7, 2017. He was 62.
The son of the late Frank and Janet (Purvis) Foster, he was born August 5, 1954 in Harrisburg, PA.
He proudly served his country in the US Navy.
Frank was a small business owner of F & J Landscaping who took pride in his work, cared for those he worked for and enjoyed helping others. He will be missed dearly by his family and all those who got to know him.
Frank is survived by his two sons; Frank Foster IV and his wife, Carin of Newburgh and Jason Foster and his wife, Tracie of Wallkill, four grandchildren who loving referred to him as "Happy Pappy"; Frankie, Allena, Jessie and Jake; his sister, Colleen Albright and her husband, Keith of Bellefonte, PA; his brother-in-law, Steve Kerns of York, PA and sister-in-law, Roxan Mitchell of Dallastown, PA, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his brother, Charles Foster and sister, Gwen Kerns. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
A celebration of Frank's life will take place Tuesday, January 17th from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 North Plank Rd., Newburgh.
Funeral service will commence at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Minister Steve Sherwood will officiate.
Frank was a man with blue eyes, strong hands, a big heart and a warm soul in search of a red-head with a bag of twenties!
