Dennis Marinucci, A Poughkeepsie Resident, Dies at 66

Dennis M. Marinucci, 66, of the Town of Poughkeepsie, passed away at home on August 24, 2016. He was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on June 4, 1950 the son of Albert & Alice Harris Marinucci. Dennis married Patricia A. Bailey on December 26, 1971 in Poughkeepsie, NY. She survives at home.
He was employed at Casperkill Golf Course in Poughkeepsie, NY as a groundskeeper and was a Vietnam War Veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corps . Dennis was a loving, dedicated, loyal husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include: sons: Brian (Kate) Marinucci of Poughkeepsie, NY; Justin (Ines) Marinucci of Hopewell Jct., NY; Jonathan Marinucci and his fiancée: Carole VanVliet of Poughkeepsie, NY; daughter: Lauren Marinucci and her son Alex with whom he made his home and sister: Dawn Plass of Pleasant Valley, NY. There are 9 additional grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday, August 27, 2016, 4-7 PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son FH, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Services will follow at 7 PM in the Funeral Home.
