I am so excited about this news that I am beside myself. Seriously. I just found out that the fine folks behind The Bardavon 1869 Opera House and the Ulster Performing Arts Center have teamed up with the historic Hutton Brickyards to open up a new concert venue at the brickyard at 200 North Street in Kingston.  The venue will hold 3500 people.

And if this news is not amazing enough, guess who will be performing at this new venue. Give up?  Bob Dylan. You read that correctly. The legendary Bob Dylan is playing in Kingston on June 24. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Saturday, March 25, at 11am. Bardavon Members can get Tickets starting March 23. Visit the Bardavon/UPAC website at http://www.bardavon.org/show/bob-dylan-band/

You might remember that last summer, the popular Smorgasburg was at the brickyard. That will also be returning to the brickyard for several dates this year.
