After a somewhat slow, and cool, start to the summer, warm weather is here and so to are some great events that celebrate summer throughout the Hudson Valley. Here are just a few suggestions, with links to find even more.

 

Saturday, July 22; 8-3: 4th Annual Dutchess Dragon Boat Race and Festival, hosted by Habitat for Humanity. Enjoy food, music, games, and, of course, the boat races. To find other events going on in Dutchess County this weekend,click here.

 

Saturday, July 22; 1-3:30: Free Movies at E.B. Crawford Public Library in Monticello. The first Saturday of every month is a teen movie (up to PG-13) and the others are family movies (PG). Everyone is invited to come with a snack and covered drink.
