Warrant Wednesday: Ulster County Woman Wanted For Larceny

Here are this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police. They ask all of us to help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants below.

New York State Police Troop F, HIghland, are looking for 25-year-old Shqiponje Gjokaj for petit larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle. According to the New York State Police, Gjokaj is wanted on an active arrest warrant from the Town of Lloyd Court for the above listed charges after an incident in February of 2016.  Gjokaj stole money from an acquaintance and his vehicle after he fell asleep, according to the New York State Police. She was later arrested that night in the City of Poughkeepsie on other charges, then turned over to State Police and charged with Petit Larceny and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
