Two Upper Hudson Valley Men Accused of Stealing and Trespassing
Police say two upper Hudson Valley men trespassed, stole car parts, and a copper pipe.
Troopers were dispatched to Keegan Brothers located on State Route 9H in Kinderhook to investigate a trespassing complaint in-progress. Police say 35 year-old Joseph P. Drabick, of Ghent stole automotive parts and copper pipe.
Drabick was charged with criminal mischief, criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal trespass, all misdemeanors.
Authorities allege Drabick did not act alone.
A second suspect, David A Feller, 48, of Hudson fled the scene prior to police arrival. He was located several hours later on Kinderhook Street and placed in custody.
Feller was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, possession of burglar tools, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass, misdemeanors.
Both defendants were arraigned in the Town of Kinderhook Court. Drabick was remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail. Feller was remanded to the Columbia County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
