Personally, I have been lucky enough to be a part of numerous weddings at a bunch of Hudson Valley barns and honestly, the barns around the Valley are absolutely gorgeous, but in my travels, I've had a few situations pop up that I never thought of.

For example, "what do you mean there are no outlets to plug into?" or "I can't play amplified music if the barn doors are open?" Both of those things actually happened to me before, so I thought I would share some of my experiences of things to consider with anyone planning a barn wedding so that their special day isn't ruined or not quite what they hoped for.
