Nicholas Tartaglione Martin Santos-Luna

A former Hudson Valley cop, a man who had ties to a local quadruple-homicide suspect, committed suicide after he was pulled over by police near an elementary school.

The dead bodies believed to be of four Hudson Valley men, who went missing in April, were found on property owned by a retired local officer.
