Surf and Turf Bandit Strikes Grocery Store in New York State
A hungry thief has made a habit shoplifting from a Tops grocery store, and now police are looking for answers. Police say a man they believe to be in his 30s stole hundreds of the dollars worth of food from the grocery store in Skaneateles. The man has struck the same store three times in one week, according to police.
Officials say his favorite items on the menu appear to be steak and seafood. Think he's eating well?
Police say the bandit with the expensive taste is aa white male in his 30s, and is average height and weight. Syracuse.com says he drives a light blue Ford Escape.
