Price Chopper Issues Recall

Price Chopper and Market 32 stores have issued a voluntary recall of icing.

The affected product according to CBS 6, is the 12.4 ounce Price Chopper "Pics" Cinnamon Roll with Cream Cheese Icing, with a UPC code on the package of 41735 07338.

The recall is being done because the label does not include milk as an ingredient, which would obviously be a problem for people with a milk allergy.

If you do not have a milk allergy there is no risk at all.

My daughter Julianna has a milk allergy and the only reason I find this dumb is that I know that no matter what, I have to read every ingredient of every thing she eats and I mean everything.

I guess Price Chopper is doing what it has to do to protect themselves.

When you get home and find you have an affected product, you can return it to your local Price Chopper or Market 32 for a full refund or you can call 800-666-7667 and press option 3.
