Police are asking for help as they continue searching for a missing bipolar man, with little sense of direction, who recently moved to the Hudson Valley.

Haverstraw Police are actively looking for 34-year-old Adrian Gokaj, aka Genti, and ask for the public's help with any tips or information. Any information is helpful, officials say.

Gokaj was last seen on Friday April 15 leaving his residence, 138 Country Club Lane, Pomona, in an unknown direction. He was last seen wearing light grey pants, blue long sleeve shirt with white stripes on sleeves and gray cloth slippers.

Police describe Gokaj as 6’2” white male that is mentally distracted, bi-polar, and suffers from depression. At this time it is assumed he is completely off his medication.

Gokaj recently moved to the area from Lodi, NJ. Officials say he is usually not aware of his surrounding and continues walking with no sense of direction.

Anyone with information on the location of Gokaj is asked to contact Det. Adrian Maldonado of the Town of Haverstraw Police Department at (845) 354-1500. If you see him dial 911 immediately, if you believe you have seen him in the area in the past few days, please call 845-354-1500.
