
Police: Man Had Mushrooms, Heroin, and 21 License Suspensions
A Poughkeepsie man is being held without bail after being found with heroin, mushrooms, and 21 license suspensions.
On February 16, at approximately 12:48 a.m. police performed a traffic stop in the City of Poughkeepsie.
Police learned that the driver, identified as Stanley J. Williams III, 29, of Poughkeepsie had 21 suspensions on 9 dates.
Williams was also found to be in possession of heroin, psilocybin hallucinogenic mushrooms, and marijuana.
Williams was arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail without bail.
Williams is scheduled to return to court at the end of the month.
