A Pleasant Valley man has been arrested in connection with commercial burglaries.

Yesterday morning, November 8th, just after midnight Police in Pleasant Valley were investigating the area over by RT 82 and RT 44 after a reported burglary. While investigating the area around Brennan's Grocery Store the police officers on the scene allegedly witness the suspect break into Brennan's. The Dutchess County Sheriffs office arrested Kenneth M. Hotaling, 29, of Pleasant Valley.

Currently, Hotaling is being charged with burglary 3rd degree. He was processed and arraigned before the Town of Pleasant Valley Court and remanded to the Ductchess County Jail. The Dutchess County Sheriffs Office is asking that if anyone has any information regarding burglaries in the Dutchess County area or has any information about similar incidents with Kenneth Hotaling, please call the Detective Adam Harris.
