Physical Dispute Leads to Arrest of Dutchess County Man

Dutchess County man  allegedly violates order of protection following a physical dispute. 

State Police from Troop K were dispatched to a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of LaGrange.

Following a verbal argument, it was discovered that Robert A. Wilson, 22, of LaGrange was involved in a physical altercation with two protected parties named in a limited order of protection.

Wilson was charged with Criminal Contempt in the first-degree, a felony, and Harassment in the second-degree.

Wilson was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

He is scheduled to return to LaGrange Court this week.
