Man Accused of Selling Heroin in Kingston

An upper Hudson valley man is accused of selling heroin on a number of occasions in Kingston.

On Monday, members of the City of Kingston Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit wrapped an investigation into heroin sales throughout the City of Kingston.

Mark A. Williams, 54, of Round Top was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Williams was arrested without incident, police say, and taken to the Kington Police Department for processing. He was arraigned in Kingston City Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail on no bail.
