Lillian Bertha Bell, a Newburgh Resident, Dies at 77

Lillian Bertha Bell, of Newburgh, NY, passed away on July 18, 2016 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. Born on May 7, 1939 in Newburgh, NY, she was the daughter of Charles F. Scott and Edith Mae Melton. She was married to Ronald A. Bell, Sr. who predeceased her on December 26, 1976. She is survived by her children, Rose Marie Bell, Nora Jean Pisano, Ronald A. Bell, Jr. (and his wife Tammy), James H. Bell and Michael S. Bell (and his wife Jodi), and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. There will be no services as was her wish. Her life will be celebrated by her loving family in private.
