A leader in ready-to-eat meals is opening a 70,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Beacon, New York.

One of the leaders in ready-to-eat Indian meals has announced they are expanding and adding a second larger facility to its production line in the Hudson Valley, hoping to increase production and increase quality control security according to a company press release.

Cafe Spice is currently headquartered at their 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New Windsor, NY where they produce a variety of ready-to-heat-and-eat Indian-themed meals. Their food options have become so popular across the world that they have announced they are ready to expand and open a second location in the Hudson Valley in nearby Beacon, NY.

The second location is located at 511 Fishkill Ave and is a massive 70,000 square feet of space that will allow the company to do advanced batch cooking in state-of-the-art kettles and help with improving shelf-life, quality, and flexibility for retail and bulk use. Cafe Spice's CEO and co-founder had this to say about the companies expansion,

"This is a momentous achievement for Cafe Spice that we’re very proud of. The addition of this facility will allow us to scale our procedures and expand on innovation efficiently."
