Upstate Cookie Shack Announces Pre-Thanksgiving Cookie Pop-Up

If you're looking to add some incredible fresh-baked cookies to your holiday table, we should also let you know that the Upstate Cookie Shack has announced a number of Hudson Valley pop-up cookie drops just in time for Thanksgiving.

On Tuesday, November 21st, Upstate Cookie Shack will be at five specific Hudson Valley locations for pre-order deliveries of their 7oz cookie offerings and other desserts.

Pre-orders can be made here, or by calling them at (518) 244-5181, and then pickups will happen at the following times and locations:

  • Tuesday, November 21st:
    • HUDSON 4:15-4:35pm; Hudson Prospect Ave on side of Columbia Memorial Hospital
    • RHINEBECK 5:25-5:45pm; 1 Mill Street Parking Lot
    • POUGHKEEPSIE 6:15-6:30pm; Quiet Cove Riverfront Park, Clearwater Drive & Route 9
    • NEW PALTZ 6:50-7:05pm; Hudson Valley Rail Trail Parking Lot, Rt 299 across from Lowe's
    • KINGSTON 7:30-7:45pm; 587 Park and Ride Col. Chandler Drive
    • SAUGERTIES 8:15-8:30pm; Exit 20 Park and Ride

Any of the items they offer in their Albany store (listed below), are available for pick up at the pop-up, just be sure to preorder!

Popular Popover Spot Hosts November Pop-Up

Natives to the Hudson Valley are well aware of the hole left when Hudson Ribs and Fish closed up shop, that hole being the Hudson Valley missing out on their popovers, oh, and the strawberry butter that went along with them.

Lucky for us though, those infamous popovers are now available through Hudson Valley Popovers, who have been hosting literal popover pop-ups around the area, and earlier this month, held a sell-out pop-up at the Food Truck Park in East Fishkill.
