Hudson Valley Representative Gives Update From Ukrainian Border

A local representative is currently in Poland near the border of Ukraine and shared an update with his constituents on social media.

There have been many individuals and businesses across the Hudson Valley working hard to gather supplies and money to aid the people of Ukraine. What's really happening thousands of miles away?

Sean Patrick Maloney is a congressman who represents New York's 18th District. That district covers all of Orange County, Putnam County, and some of Dutchess. However, Maloney doesn't appear to be in the Hudson Valley at the moment. He recently posted a video on his Twitter page from the streets of Rzeszów, Poland.

He was apparently visiting with the House Intelligence Committee learning about what is being done and what can continue to be done in an effort to help our allies in Ukraine.
