According to the Hudson Valley Credit Union’s website, they stated that when they first started in 1963, they were known as the IBM Poughkeepsie Employees Federal Credit Union. Fast forward to 2026, they are still serving the community and helping residents!

They have 40 offices that are located not only in the Hudson Valley but also in the Capital Region as well. Hudson Valley Credit Union has locations in Poughkeepsie, Middletown, New Paltz, Newburgh, Carmel, Callicoon and more!

The Hudson Valley Credit Union made an exciting post on social media. This month, they shared that one of their branches has officially moved. The Hudson Valley Credit Union in Narrowsburg is now located at 6606 Route 97. They included in this post that we can look forward to seeing the same employees but in a, 

“Newly upgraded space built to better serve you and our community.”

Hudson Valley Credit Union shared another post on social media, this one includes a resident. They highlighted Steve Swendsen as he was the first member of this organization to visit them at their new Narrowsburgh location.

Steve is lucky considering he left with a gift basket from The Hudson Valley Credit Union that included goodies from local businesses. The community shared their excitement in the comments.
