I can't believe it, but we are getting close to back-to-school time. The commercials are all over the television and radio, and students/parents/teachers are all gearing up for the first day.

I'd like to propose a rule that says we can't start talking about until mid-august, but that's just my thoughts.

Every year Niche puts out a list of the top 100 (K-12) rated school districts in the New York city area.

Theres a lot of factors that go into figuring this out like the states test scores, SAT/ACT scores, college prep, safety, sports and a few other factors.

Wow, it must take a while to get the score.

Just saying, seeing the word SAT still makes me nervous.

Check out which Mid-Hudson/Lower-Hudson Valley districts made the 2020 list. (The number next to it is where they are ranked)

Scarsdale (4)

Bronxville (8)

Chappaqua (13)

Spackenkill (53)

Monroe-Woodbury (77)

Cornwall (92)
