The short answer is NO and I have proof!

I have been told for many years that I drink way too much coffee. I average on most work days around 5 or 6 cups a day and if I have to work a late night, like tonight that number jumps up to 7 or 8.

Almost everyone I have ever spent time with has always had something to say when I go for another cup. It usually would sound like this, Me: "I'm gonna grab a quick coffee" Them: "Really CJ, you just had a cup" or Them: "Don't you think you've had enough?" This might be one of the reasons that those peeps aren't in my life anymore. LOL!

According to CNN, I finally have the back up that there is no such thing as to much coffee. A new study from some University in London says that people could drink up to 25 CUPS a day without having any extra risk of hardening their arteries or having a stroke or heart attack. I knew it!!

Now I know that just because they say I can drink 25 cups, I probably shouldn't, but its nice to finally have proof that coffee will not make my heart explode anytime soon!
