In 6 separate cases 6 people were arrested, including two teenagers, by Ulster County Police for selling drugs around the Hudson Valley.

Members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (URGENT) announced all 6 arrests Wednesday following investigations into drug sales.

Kenneth S. Lesane, 40, of Ellenville is accused of selling heroin in the Village of Ellenville. He was recently indicted by an Ulster County grand jury and on Tuesday was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office.

Lesane was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail pending further proceedings.

Kyle P. Flanagan, 20, of Poughkeepsie was arrested for allegedly selling cocaine in the Town of Lloyd. . He was recently indicted by an Ulster County grand jury and on Wednesday was arrested by the Village of Wappingers Falls Police.

Flanagan was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail and will be arraigned in Ulster County Court at a later time.

James T. Reilly Jr., 38, of Ellenville is accused of selling cocaine in the Village of Ellenville. He was recently indicted by an Ulster County grand jury and on Tuesday was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office.

Reilly was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail pending arraignment on Thursday.

Suboxone and morphine were allegedly sold by 19-year-old Roy D. Gobel, of Kingston in the City of Kingston. He was recently indicted by an Ulster County grand jury and on Tuesday was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office.

Gobel was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail pending arraignment on Thursday.

Elijah M. Fitzgerald-Tuttle, 19 of West Hurley allegedly sold cocaine in the Town of Hurley. He was recently indicted by an Ulster County grand jury and on Tuesday was arrested by members of URGENT.

Fitzgerald-Tuttle was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail pending arraignment on Thursday.

Xanax and Percocet were allegedly sold by 32-year-old Matthew A. Blanchard, of Kingston in the Town of Ulster. He was recently indicted by an Ulster County grand jury and on Tuesday was arrested by members of URGENT

Blanchard was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Ulster County Jail pending arraignment on Thursday

The following agencies have members assigned to URGENT: Ulster County Sheriff's Office, Ulster County District Attorney's Office, Town of Woodstock Police, Town of Lloyd Police, Town of Shandaken Police, Ulster County Probation, Town of Plattekill Police, Town of Marlborough Police, Town of New Paltz Police, Village of Ellenville Police and the United States Department of Homeland Security Investigations.
