This whole chicken sandwich thing keeps getting weirder and weirder.
Popeye's Louisiana Chicken's new strategy to supply the Hudson Valley with chicken sandwiches has got a lot of people screaming "what the actual cluck?".
Popeye's sold out of their new spicy chicken sandwich in just days. Is it worth the hype. I may never know as the local chain in the Hudson Valley stated the sandwich wouldn't return until Sept. 29.
In the meantime According to Yahoo News, Popeye's has formed a new plan to get their sandwich to the masses. All you have to do is BYOB (Bring Your Own Buns) to Popeye's and order a 3 piece chicken tender meal.
No disrespect to Popeye's but is this for real?

If you want to wait a month for a sandwich from a fast food restaurant then by all means go ahead, I won't stop you. I'd encourage you to explore some local options. There are a ton of places right here in the Hudson Valley that make great chicken sandwiches and serve them up fresh every single day.
