Ulster County Resident Charged With Identify Theft, Forgery

A Kingston resident is facing multiple charges after allegedly using stolen credits cards for purchase in Ulster County. 

Saugerties Police Detectives arrested Chrystal Verdichizzi, 27 of Kingston, N.Y. on charges of Identity Theft, Forgery, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.

Verdichizzi possessed two stolen credit cards and made purchases at various location in the Town and Village of Saugerties.

Verdichizzi made the purchases while assuming the identity of the victim.

Verdichizzi was arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.

Additional charges are pending in the Village of Saugerties.
