Following a nearly month-long investigation, a Hudson Valley man was arrested for allegedly assaulting two customers at a popular bar on Cinco De Mayo.

A 62-year-old man is accused of ordering the attack where a Hudson Valley man was beaten with baseball bats and tossed off a porch.

After a local man was found semi-conscious and bleeding from his head, three people were arrested for allegedly attacking him with baseball bats and throwing him off a porch.
