A behavioral therapist from Orange County has been arrested and charged with forcibly touching a teen. 

State Police from the Montgomery barracks have arrested James W. Weatherstone, of Warwick, NY and charged him with Forcible Touching, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

New York State Police received a complaint regarding a 16 year-old who was receieving behavior therapy sessions from Mr. Weatherstone, who works as an independent contractor as a family support services clinician.

An investigation revealed that Mr. Weatherstone acted inappropriately when providing therapy to the 16 year-old, which resulted in the aforementioned Penal Law charges against Mr. Weatherstone.

Mr. Weatherstone was issued an apppearance ticket returnable to the Town of Cornwall Court next month.
