Orange County Man Recorded Woman in Dressing Room

A man was arrested after he allegedly photographed and took video of a woman in a dressing room. 

State police in Monroe arrested Jesus E. Miranda, 22, of Highlands, NY in Orange County on Thursday. Miranda was charged with Unlawful Surveillance in the second-degree.

Miranda allegedly used his cell phone to take pictures and video of a woman while she was in the changing room of a department store located in the Town of Monroe.

Miranda was read his Miranda Rights and processed. He was arraigned in the Town of Monroe Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $15,000 bond.
