Katharine R. Hicks, a New York City Native, Dies at 81

Katharine R. Hicks passed into her eternal heaven on January 7, 2016.  She was 81.

Born on April 29, 1934 in New York City to the late Lymas and Pearl Williams Robinson Sr.

Katharine worked for many years at New York Telephone, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield,  and as the Sergeant at Arms for The New York City Mayor’s Office.

She is survived by her devoted Son Michael and his wife Karen, Dear Brother Lyman Robins Jr, ( Butchy) and her dear sister Thelma Price. Cherished grandchildren Kevin, Eric, Bryan and Jonathan Hicks.

She is also survived by her former husband Herman Hicks.
