Joel Kiff, a Kingston Resident, Dies at 92

Joel M. Kiff, 92, of Kingston, died Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Golden Hill Health Care Center in Kingston. He was born July 11, 1923, son of the late Joel Kiff.

He was married to the late Dorothy (Scheffel) Kiff. Joel served his country in the US Navy during WWII. He later worked for New York City at the Ashokan Reservoir. Joel was a member of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Kingston.

Joel is survived by his daughter Karen Manka and her husband Ronald of Kingston, his grandson, Damon Manka, of Honolulu, HI, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Friday from 10am to 11am with the funeral service starting at 11am.
