There's so much to do here in the Hudson Valley for the holidays. One Dutchess County historic spot is making sure they have all their bases covered.

The historic Hyde Park Train Station will be hosting a ton of family friendly events this upcoming holiday season, starting in October with Halloween. On Monday, October 29th starting at 6pm the family can visit the Hyde Park train station for crafts, games, costumes and music. Refreshments will be available for free though donations are welcome. There will also be Paranormal Investigators on hand to get you ready for Halloween.

Then in December the Hyde Park train station be getting festive with readings of the Polar Express. There will be two readings on Monday December 17th at 6pm and 7pm. There will also big an appearance by the big man himself, Santa Claus, crafts and hot chocolate.
