Four Charged with Murder in the Hudson valley
An October shooting death in the Hudson Valley has been ruled a homicide and four people have been charged with murder and robbery.
34-year-old Michael Northcote, of Bethel, was found dead inside his residence on Cohen and Cohen Road on October 12, 2015.
According to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation into the death led to the arrest of four individuals. 47-year-old Deanna Duncan, of Liberty, 26-year-old Jeffery Herring, of South Fallsburgh, and William Lewis, 44, and Mark Mack, 25, both of Monticello are all facing murder and robbery charges.
They were all arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
The sheriff’s office was assisted in the arrest by the Sullivan County District Attorney, FBI Safe Streets Task Force, State Police, Village of Liberty and Monticello Police and Town of Fallsburg Police.
