A House Made Of Recycled Bottles

Plastic straws vs. Paper straws.  Plastic bags vs. paper bags.  Glass vs. plastic.

Recycling is the thing now as it should be.  Some people recycle more than others and living in NY where you get a refund on bottles of beer, etc makes it a little easier.

I know someone that would take his daughter to the store every week with the bottles and the money was hers.  It wasn't much but she loved it and now recycles EVERYTHING.

We have come a long way in the past few years with recycling but this could be one of the coolest things.

A beach house made from recycled bottles.  A Canadian builder named JD Composites has built the first Hurricane proof beach house using recycled plastic water bottles.

The 2,000 square foot house is made of over 600,000 recycled water bottles and is build to withstand over 300 MPH winds.

It's only a matter of time until we start to see this more and more as the norm.

600,000 water bottles?  And I complain about drinking 64 ounces a day.
