Ulster County Man Allegedly Threatens Son With Knife

An argument turned ugly when a father pulled a knife on his son.

Saugerties Police investigated a domestic incident that reportedly occurred between Darin G. Daniel and his son.

According to a press release, Daniel was arrested and charged with Menacing in the second-degree for allegedly threatening his son with a knife during a verbal dispute.

Daniel was processed at police headquarters and arraigned in the Town of Saugerties Court.

Daniel was released on his own recognizance upon the issuing of an Order of Protection on behalf of the victim.
