New York Army National Guard sergeant Nicolas Faust who has been missing since March 23rd was last seen in Poughkeepsie, New York.

This is just the latest incident to have happened in recent months on major local roads here in the Hudson Valley.

The chase was on after law enforcement identified that the suspects vehicle was stolen.
