Dutchess Roots, the Town of Poughkeepsie’s first New York State-licensed recreational cannabis dispensary, officially broke ground on November 25. The dispensary will be located at 2615 South Road (Route 9), in the South Road Crossing complex. Positioned behind Buff City Soap and across from The Yoga House, this new establishment will welcome its first customers in the spring of 2025.
