A bit of a warmer day for Friday. Still plenty of sunshine. The fair and dry weather continues, we’ll see temps for the Hudson Valley hit the mid 80’s. That will last into the first part of the weekend, but then a frontal system approches. There will be waves of low pressure along and head of the front that is approaching from the south and west. This will trigger showers and thunderstorms. Looks like Saturday night and Sunday will get the affects from this front. You’ll also start to notice that humidity start to creep back up as we head into Monday.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Friday: Early morning patchy fog will give way to plenty of sunshine. High near 86. A nice calm southerly wind develops in the afternoon.
Friday night: Clear, low around 53.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, high near 81. Chance of rain after 4pm.

Saturday night: Rain expected, low 64.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy, high near 83 with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.
