This class is really 2 classes in one! An hour of nutrition tips on how to begin your sugar detox with keto expert, Michelle Weidenbenner, who has lost almost 100 lbs by changing her diet and lifestyle. She will share her meal plan and some favorite recipes and what to expect when you detox from sugar. This will be followed by an all levels Barre Class workout led by Jessica d'Arcy, owner of Barre Fitness Poughkeepsie. Barre is a full body, low impact workout that uses weights and bands to tone and strengthen, followed by deep stretching of each muscle group. Bring a friend! Wear yoga clothes or workout clothes.
