Yvonne Marie Chiarello, a Long-time Area Resident, Dies at 46

Yvonne Marie Chiarello, 46, an area resident for 17 years and formerly of Brewster, died peacefully on June 8, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Tarrytown on February 9, 1971, she was the daughter of Robert and Linda (Hoffmann) Post. Yvonne was employed by the Arlington School District at Union Vale Middle School. She loved everything to do with aviation, and also enjoyed painting and fishing.

On May 20, 1995 at St. Denis Church, Yvonne married Christopher Chiarello who survives at home. In addition to her husband and parents, she is also survived by her loving daughters, Brittany Marie and Nicole Brianna; her brother, Robert Post and his wife April; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2-6pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday at 10am at St. Denis Church, 602 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction.
