Getting enough sleep is tough, but by making a few small changes, you can sleep better.

We all have busy lives, multiple jobs, family responsibilities, and stress can make it hard for us to wind down at night. You can make little changes to your bedroom that could really help with your sleep.

The color of your bedroom walls could be affecting your sleep. According to sleep.org, people who's rooms are painted blue tend to sleep better compared to those with other colors.

The color blue is associated with calm feelings, which will reduce blood pressure and heart rate, helping you get a solid nights sleep. If blue isn't your cup of tea, try other relaxing shades like slivers, grays, and neutrals.

Obviously, simply painted your walls won't be the only thing that helps you sleep well. Following a sleep schedule and obeying proper sleep hygiene are essential to a good night's sleep.
