Some McDonald's locations in the US are experiencing a fry shortage after a truck tipped over. This might be the worst potato-related news I have ever heard.

According to ABC, a truck carrying boxes of McDonald's french fries tipped over on the highway this past week. Now, some southern California McDonald's are experiencing a fry shortage. Thankfully, no one was injured in the crash.

Now that we know everyone is safe, are our french fries safe?! Most likely, yes. I don't think trucks carrying loads of McDonald's french fries tip over daily, so it's unlikely that the recent fry shortage will affect our area. However, it's not impossible.
