Something fishy is going on, and I need to get to the bottom of it. Okay so it's definitely not a scandal, but why don't they have lemons?

If you know me in the slightest bit, you know I am a huge tea drinker. No coffee for me, give me that delicious leaf juice. I typically go to Dunkin Donuts for my tea (iced or hot) but occasionally I'll go to a Starbucks.

Recently, I went to a Starbucks and ordered my usual: venti unsweetened black iced tea with extra ice and lemon. I promise you, it's not that complicated of an order. But when the cashier was ringing it up, she said 'We have lemonade, is that okay?" No, please do not put lemonade in my iced tea.

Then it hit me, this has happened to me at every single Starbucks in the Hudson Valley. Poughkeepsie, Newburgh, and now, Rye. What's going on?! I am yet to locate a Starbucks in the Hudson Valley that has lemons. I didn't think they were that hard of an item to find at a coffee shop. But apparently, they are.

I tried finding someone I know who works at Starbucks, but I was unsuccessful. Do you know the answer? If so, comment below or on our Facebook.
