Saturday, March 10; 10-7: Quilt Month at Liberty Public Library. Throughout the entire month of March, they will celebrate the 19th Celebration of National Quilt Month. Sunday, March 11; 1: 31st Annual Kingston ST. Patrick's Day Parade. The parade steps off from the Kingston Plaza and proceeds down Broadway and ends at the Rondout CReeek waterfront district.
