What Would You Do With An Empty Hudson Valley Lot?

If you had an opportunity to completely redevelop a prime piece of Hudson Valley real estate, what would you build? The Daily Freeman reports The City of Kingston is seeking bids on a property known as Broadway Commons at 615 Broadway. It's the site of the old Kings Inn Motel and with close proximity to the newly renovated Ulster Performing Arts Center, this could be a great opportunity for a local entrepreneur.

Kingston is looking for any proposed project to meet a few certain criteria so your idea to build a spaceport to prepare for the impending alien invasion might not get the serious look it probably deserves. A mix of residential and commercial while incorporating some green space with public access might be taken a little more seriously. You can access the request for proposals at the City of Kingston's website.

All proposals must be received by 11 AM, March 8th in the City Purchasing Office. There is a Q&A period until February 13th if you have any questions about the process.
