A 20-year-old from Ulster County was arrested following an investigation into a residential burglary.

On Oct. 6, members of the Kingston Police Department responded to a residential burglary. During the investigation, 20-year-old James T. Muller of Kingston was identified as a person of interest in the burglary, police say. Officials did not add how they developed Muller as a person of interest.

On Tuesday, Kingston Police spotted and later arrested Muller. He was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony.

Muller was processed, arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail.
