An Ulster County couple are accused of possession and selling pills and cocaine.

On Wednesday, City of Kingston Police arrested 44-year-old Devin Mitchell and Jennifer Diehl, 42, both of Kingston following an investigation into illegal sales of pharmaceutical drugs and cocaine.

A large amount of cocaine was seized, police say.

Mitchell and Deihl were taken into custody in the area of East Chester Street and Lincoln Street in the City of Kingston and brought to the Kingston Police Department for processing.

Mitchell was charged with third-degree and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.

Diehl was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Both are being held at the Kingston Police Department pending arraignment.

The Kingston Police Department Special Investigations Unit was assisted by the City of Police Department’s Neighborhood Recovery Unit.
