1) Blue Chips- Middletown: The premier burger restaurant in the Hudson Valley can be found in Middletown. Blue Chips features high quality 100% all-natural meat. While the joint offers your traditional burger, it also features a number of specialty burgers. The Volcano is a burger topped with onion rings, chili, cheddar, and sriracha. 3) The Burger Loft- New City: If you are craving a delicious burger in Rockland County head to the Burger Loft. It might be hard to finder a fresher burger as The Burger Loft grinds their own beef on-site, every day. 12 craft beers are also on tap daily. What may come as a surprise, the burger joint is also known for their fish tacos!

4) Poppy’sBeacon: The best burger in Dutchess County is found in Beacon. Poppy’s mission is to provide affordable, farm-fresh and grass-fed beef. When possible, all the produce is Hudson Valley grown. Chef Poppy was a Food Network “Chopped” champion in 2010. On a personal note, if you try out Poppy’s make sure to get your burger with topped with homemade aioli sauce.

5) The Branding Iron- Peekskill: According to Yelp the most delicious burger in Westchester can be devoured in Peekskill. The Branding Iron offers a wide range of interesting burgers. The Kitchen Sink is stacked with bacon, chili, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos, swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, mayo, mustard, and guacamole. The Wake & Bake adds bacon, sausage, cheese, and scrambled eggs to the traditional burger.
